Send us your Google Ads spend report

If you would rather not give us access to your account, you can export one spend report and send it to us for an assessment. It takes about 3 minutes per account on a laptop or desktop.

Before you start

The quickest route is to give us read-only access, and we then pull the records ourselves. If you would rather not share access, even read-only, one report shows us what you have spent and where: every campaign’s cost, split by network. Nothing here changes your campaigns or your billing.

Export the report from each Google Ads account you are claiming for. If your accounts sit under a manager account, export it once from the manager account and it covers every account under it.

Use a laptop or desktop computer. Some of Google’s report controls only appear on a large screen.

Step 1: Include every campaign

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Campaigns, then Campaigns again to open the campaigns table.
  2. Remove the status filters, so that every campaign is included, removed ones as well. The blue campaign picker at the top of the page shows how many are applied, for example All campaigns · 2 filters (A). Open it, click Campaign status: Enabled, Paused (B) and choose All (C). Do the same for Ad group status (D).
A: the campaign picker and its filters · B: Campaign status · C: All · D: Ad group status
The All campaigns picker opened, showing 2 filters: Campaign status Enabled, Paused and Ad group status Enabled, Paused. The Campaign status menu is open with All, Enabled and Enabled, Paused.
  1. Check that both filters now read All (E). The campaign count goes up (F), often by a lot, because removed campaigns are now included. Click Apply view (G).
E: both filters set to All · F: the campaign count, now including removed campaigns · G: Apply view
The campaign picker with Campaign status: All and Ad group status: All, the view now covering 1,532 campaigns instead of 278, and the Apply view button at the bottom.
  1. Set the date range at the top right to All time. It shows as 1 Aug 2016 to today.

Step 2: Download your spend by network

  1. Check that the picker reads All campaigns (modified) (A) and the date range runs to today (B).
  2. Check that the Campaign type and Cost columns are showing. If not, add them under Columns → Modify columns.
  3. Click Segment in the table toolbar (C) and choose Network (with search partners) (D).
  4. Click Download (E) → .csv and save the file.
A: All campaigns (modified) · B: date range · C: Segment · D: Network (with search partners) · E: Download
The Google Ads Campaigns page for 1 Aug 2016 to 22 Oct 2026 with the modified All campaigns view, and the table's Segment menu open, listing Network (with search partners). Account details, totals, campaign names and budgets are blurred.

Step 3: Send us the report

Email the CSV file for each account to intake@silverarbitration.com, or reply to our email if we have already written to you. We will confirm receipt.
