Marshall's career includes corporate law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, equity analysis at an investment fund and three years at Apple. At Apple, he negotiated more than 20 strategic technology partnerships for its silicon teams.
He later served as Chief Commercial Officer and interim CFO of RedDoorz and co-founded a consumer platform that he helped bootstrap to profitability. His operational experience includes approving marketing budgets.
